ORDERING INFORMATION

Convenience and efficiency is our business resolution. We will always attempt to keep parts in stock at all times. Any unforeseen delays will likely be due to delays from our current intercontinental and international distributors.

We guarantee 24-hour shipping for web orders when all parts are in stock items. Exceptions are international orders which we guarantee 48-hour shipping. Orders placed by electronic mail, fax, or website before 7:30pm (PST) are shipped the very next working day. Working days exclude holidays and our vacation days which will be stated on our main page.

If part of your order is out of stock we will ship what's in stock and ship the rest when they become available. You will only be billed for items shipped and you will not be charged extra shipping charges. If the order is very small and shipping the items separately is not profitable for us, we will hold the order until all items are available. Either way we will send you an e-mail.

Orders may be cancelled at any time unless it has already shipped. Please contact us at referenceaudiomods@yahoo.com if you would like to cancel an outstanding order. Special ordered items can only be cancelled if our vendor allows it.

Your credit card is charged for shipped products only!

PRICES, SPECIFICATIONS AND QUANTITIES

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to invoice products at prices prevailing at time of shipment.

All quantities displayed on our website may not be reflective of what we actually have in physical inventory, although we do try to keep it as accurate as possible.

SALES TAX

California residents are charged 7.75% sales tax, unless a tax exemption certificate is furnished to us.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

F.O.B. Shipping point. Title and risk of loss to customer upon delivery to and receipt by carrier. If a product is damaged or lost in transit, buyer must file claim with the carrier. Products shipped via UPS are insured for the invoiced amount. Products shippied via USPS are not insured unless specificed. Any special charges related to shipping will be charged to the buyer.

A $2 USD handling charge is applied to each shipment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns on parts that are defective or damaged and no product is to be returned without first obtaining authorization from us. This does not apply to parts which have been subject to misuse, include static discharge, neglect, accident or modification, or which have been soldered or altered during assembly and are not capable of being tested. We can only exchange parts that are in its original condition unless they are defective or damaged. Once a part is installed we cannot exchange it.

The following parts can be returned for a 15% restocking fee: capacitors, resistors, diodes, clocks, voltage regulators, and opamps. Unless they were USED or SPECIAL ORDERED. Special ordered items are parts that we do not stock. Wires, cables, chokes, and transfomers cannot be returned.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless found to be defective.

Demo cables can be returned for a full refund less shipping. New cables CANNOT be returned. So if you are unsure please try a demo cable first before purchasing it new. Please e:mail us for demo cables availability. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost when trying demo cables.

DISCLAIMERS

We assume no liability associated with product usage. The buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind, arising out of the use or misuse of the products. By placing an order, the buyer signifies agreement to these Terms of Sale.
